WHAT IS INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP?
Intelligent Leadership was founded by Dr. Irini Fambro in 2019 based upon her dissertation research on Multiple Intelligence in Leadership. After interviewing Pastor Robert Morris (Gateway Church), Pastor Bill Johnson (Bethel Church), and Christine Caine (A21, Propel), the research revealed that all three leaders utilize each of the seven intelligences. Multiple Intelligence fosters leadership effectiveness as well as follower and personal leadership development. Is the multiple intelligent leader only an academic finding in already existent leaders or can it be developed? Surprisingly, there is an actual bridge that can be built from these academic findings to organizations and leadership bodies that can equip them for more effective decision-making.

In pursuit of her Phd in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Irini Fambro became increasingly frustrated at the limited design of leadership models. It appeared a leader had to choose between being logical or empathetic, verbally aware or distant, organization or people driven...one or the other, either or, but never both and....until one professor brought her attention to multiple intelligence work. No longer did a leader have to choose between being a right-brained or a left-brained leader - they could be both. Dr. Fambro's groundbreaking work took Multiple Intelligence theories and researched them in the arena of leadership. The results were remarkable, but the application is even more impressive.
Dr. Fambro seeks to build a continued relationship with organizations in order to maintain long-term growth and development. As mentioned there are always new intelligences being articulated and thus areas continue to grow in building a multiple intelligence organization.
